• Once an order is placed, it’s final and cannot be changed.
• Refunds are only offered for items that are damaged upon receipt.
• If the item is damaged, or if we made an error in the measurements, we will gladly offer a refund or exchange.
• After receiving your returned item and inspecting its condition, please allow us up to 7 days to process your refund or exchange.
